How do you get rid of your headache without pills in 5 minutes

If you have a headache and the pill you need is not within reach, the situation seems hopeless. But that is not entirely true. You can scientifically make your headache disappear without medication, namely with acupressure.

Today I tell you about this technique, which effectively and quickly removes the headache.
Acupressure is a type of massage, the effectiveness of which is confirmed by numerous scientific studies. It is a form of acupuncture and reflex therapy, but it requires no special medical knowledge.

How do you massage acupressure points
First, take a comfortable position to relax. The massage does not take much time: on average between 30 seconds and 1 minute.
Massage a point with light pressure or rather circular movements. Usually the headache disappears during the massage or 5-10 minutes after you have massaged the point.
There are 6 key points to get rid of a headache form.

yintang point: The point of the third eye or Yintang lies between the eyebrows where the bridge of the nose changes into the forehead. You also use this point if you suffer from tired eyes.

zan-zhu point: These symmetrical points are located at the base of the inner edge of the eyebrows. Massage from this area also relieves a runny nose and improves visual acuity. Massage both points simultaneously for 1 minute with circular movements.

Ying Xiang points: These points are located on both sides of the nostrils in line with the eyes. To find them, feel the dimple in the bottom of your cheekbones. It helps to open sinuses, headaches and toothache but also to reduce stress.

Tian Zhu points: The points are located on the back of the head in the middle, between the ear and the beginning of the spine. Massaging these points helps to relieve nasal congestion, pain in the eyes and ears, severe headache and migraine.

Shuai Gu points: The Shuai Gu points are 2-3 cm from the start of the hairline in the so-called temple area. Search for a small hole to find this point. The slight pressure exerted in this area temporarily reduces pain in the region and eye fatigue.

He Gu points: These symmetrical points are located on the back of the hand between the thumb and forefinger. Pressure in this area also relieves back pain, toothache, and tension in the neck muscles.
